Paneer Butter Masala Ingredients :
- 250g Paneer, 1 inch ke cubes katte hue
- 2 madhyam pyaz, barik katte hue
- 1.5 tspn adrak barik kata hua
- 3-4 lassun ki kaliyan
- 3 madhyam tamatar
- 6-8 kaju, 15 min pani mai bhigoye hue
- 1 chota tukda tezpatta
- 2 hari mirch, lambi kati hui
- 1/2 cup milk(full fat)
- 2 tspn kasoori methi
- 1/2 tspn garam masala powder
- 1 tablespn dhaniya powder
- swad anusar lal mirch powder
- 2 tablespn taza cream ( malai bhi chal sakti hai )
- 2 tablespn butter
- 2 tablespn oil
- swad anusar namak
Paneer Tikka On Tawa Recipe
Paneer Butter Masala Cook Guide :
- Pyaz, adrak aur lassun ko Mixi mai pees kar paste bana lei. Kaju ka paste banane ke liye, 2 Tablespn pani ke sath mixi mai pees le. Tamatar puree tayar karlein
- Ek kadhai mai madhyam aanch par tel aur butter sath mai garam kare, tejpatta aur pyaz ka paste dalkar use halka bhure rang ka hone tak bhoon le. 4-5 minute lag jayenge
- Kati hui hari mirch aur lal mirch powder dalke 30-40 sec ke liye bhune. Kaju ka paste daal le.
- Chamach se lagatar hilate hue, 2 minute ke liye bhun le.
- Tamatar ki puree dalkar tabtak bhun le jab tak oil chutne nahi lag jata, Lagbhag 3-4 minute lag jayenge.
- Dhaniya powder aur garam masala dalkar mixture ko ache se milayiye.
- 1/2 cup doodh(milk), 1/2 cup pani aur namak dale, chamach se ache se milate hue use tel sateh par aane tak pakayiye. 4-5 MINUTE DIJIYE ISE.
- Paneer ke tukde aur kasoori methi(hath se masali) daaliye aur 2 minute ya gravy gadhi hojane tak paka lijiye.
- Taza cream add karlein.
- Thik se milana hai aur gas ko band kardena hai, Kyuki bas khatam, ye tayar hai.
- Ek serving bowl mai is tayar Punjabi Paneer Butter Masala ki sabzi ko nikalkar Cream ya Makhan se saja le.
