HOW TO MAKE VEG CHEESE BURGER
1. Veg Cheese Burger banane ke liye, ek pan medium flame par rakhe aur usme oil garam karein. Jab oil thik se garam hojaye, chopped onion, carrots, capsicum daal le aur inhe paka lein kuch der. Ab tomato ketchup add karlein aur ache se hila le. Jab ache se pakk jaye to ise gas se hata kar ek Glass bowl mai transfer kar le.
2. Ab is mixture mai aap mashed potatoes add kare, salt aad kare aur sath mai black pepper bhi add karlein. Ache se sab ingredients mix kare aur inke kuch portions bana le. Inki 4 same size ki gol patties bana le. Ek non stick pan le aur use medium heat par garam kare. Ptties ko dal le isme, fry karle dono side se takriban 30 sec tak, halki brown hojani chahiye.
3. Ab flame ko low karle, cheese slices add kijiye apni patties ke upar, ek lid se cover kijiye, aur 30 sec tak cook karna hai hume. Cheese melt hojana chahiye.
4. Ab aap cabbage add kijiye, tomato slices add karlijiye, cucumber aur onion slices bhi. Cooked buger patty bhi place karlijiye, uske upar apka cheese bhi hai. Sprinkle kare thoda sa pepper powder, apni marzi ya pasand ki sauce dal lijiye(tomato ya mayonise). Apni marzi ki aap toppings bhi add kar sakte hai. Ab dusre bun se apna burger cover karle aur apka tasty Burger Tayar hai.
