Kuttu Ki Tikki banane ke Ingredients
Kuttu ka atta: 150 gm
Potatoes: 4-5 boiled and mashed
Green chili: 1 chopped
Sendha namak: to taste
Red chili powder: 1/2 tsp
Oil: for deep frying
Black Pepper: 1/2 tsp
Coriander: 1/2 cup chopped
How To Make Kuttu Ki Tikki
Method
- Ek mixing bowl mai aadha Kuttu Ka Atta aur aadhe mashed potatoes le lijiye. Pure mat lijiye varna ye mixing aur Tikki banane ke waqt chipak sakte hai.
- Ab thoda paani daal lijiye aur apne Spices, Green Chilli, Coriander dalke inhe ache se mix karlijiye.
- Ab in mixture se aap Tikki bana lijiye. Takreeban 15 Tikkiyan tayar ho jayengi.
- Ek kadhai lele, aur usme Oil garam karlein. 3-4 Tikki ek bar mai Deep Fry karlein, Ye Golden aur Crispy dikhne lagengi.
- Ab bas apko ise sabko garam garam parosna hai, aap iske sath Green Chutney aur Dahi le sakte hai.
